Lubriclean EL range offers MOBILE advanced tramp oil separators for metalworking coolants and wash systems which inevitably become contaminated with tramp oil and particulate material during the production process. This contamination provides an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and fungi, which quickly degrade the cooling lubricant.LUBRICLEAN EL Series of tramp oil separators have a unique floating pick-up which skims the tramp oil and coolant mix from the top of the machine sump. The self-priming electric operated pump pulls the tramp oil/coolant mixture from the surface of the sump into the coalescing honeycomb chamber which removes particles and sludge from the coolant.

The clean coolant, after being cleaned of 99% of contaminated oils, is returned directly to the machine sump through an outlet pipe. A Lubriclean EL tramp oil separator can clean coolant quickly and efficiently and then may be moved to another CNC sump and set up in minutes. We recommend that each sump be cleaned once per week.
